Position: Transport Manager
Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced Transport Manager looking for an autonomous role where you can truly make an impact?

We're are looking for a candidate who is a hands-on Transport Manager to oversee and develop our clients day-to-day transport operations.

• Oversee the daily transport operation, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Manage driver performance, compliance, and routing
• Ensure all transport activities meet legal and safety standards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
• Fleet compliance
• Act as the key point of contact for transport-related issues
• Work closely with senior management to support business growth

• Previous experience in a Transport Manager or senior planning role
• Valid Transport Manager CPC (essential)
• Strong knowledge of transport compliance and driver regulations
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the operation
• Waste industry experience is ideal, but not essential
• Backgrounds in general haulage, logistics, or similar will be considered
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
