Job Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive SSSTS Supervisor with Gold CSCS Card to assist our clint on a project in Norwich.\n\nThis is for an immediate start for approx 15 weeks.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Lead and supervise teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and within designated timeframes.\n\n * Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to optimise performance and professional development.\n\n * Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices across all operations.\n\n * Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication channels.\n\n * Manage resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.\n\n * Prepare reports on project status, team performance, and operational issues for senior management.\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a relevant industry.\n\n * SSSTS\n\n * Gold CSCS Card (Minimum requirement)\n\n * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure
