Working closely with Product Owners, Cyber Security specialists, Enterprise Architects and delivery teams, you’ll ensure IAM solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to business objectives.\n\nYou’ll provide architectural leadership across authentication, authorisation, identity governance and access management, helping to protect business-critical systems while supporting the organisation’s wider security strategy.\n\nCore duties:\n\nDesign and evolve Identity and Access Management solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategies\n\nDefine and maintain IAM policies, standards and architectural principles to support secure and consistent access management\n\nEnsure IAM solutions are effectively integrated with enterprise applications, APIs, platforms and third-party services\n\nSupport the implementation of authentication, authorisation, identity governance and access control capabilities\n\nProvide architectural guidance to engineering and operations teams throughout design, build and deployment activities\n\nWork closely with Product Owners, Cyber Security specialists and Enterprise Architects to ensure IAM solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements\n\nEssential Skills:\n\nExperience in Solution Architecture, Identity and Access Management or Cyber Security environments\n\nExperience designing, implementing and evolving enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management solutions\n\nKnowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles, encryption, digital certificates and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)\n\nExperience implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions\n\nExperience with directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD and LDAP, including integration with IAM platforms\n\nThe Edgewing Team:\n\nBy joining Edgewing, you will have a unique opportunity to help shape the company from the ground up — setting the foundations for generations to come, influencing how we work, and helping us build something world-class together.
