Shuttering Carpenter needed for Trowbridge\n\nLocation: Trowbridge\n\nRate: £22-£25ph\n\nDuration: 3-4 months\n\nHours: 7.30am to 5pm\n\nJob Type: Temporary\n\nJob Description:\n\nStridden Limited are recruiting for an established Civils & Groundworks Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter to work on their busy site in Trowbridge\n\nKey Duties:\n\n * ·Construct and install shuttering/formwork for concrete structures.\n\n * Assemble, erect, and dismantle formwork systems\n\n * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.\n\n * Measure, cut, and fit timber and formwork materials accurately.\n\n * Install and secure formwork panels using bolts, clamps, tie rods, and associated fixings.\n\n * Ensure formwork is aligned, level, and braced correctly prior to concrete pours.\n\n * Work alongside steel fixers and concrete teams to meet project requirements.\n\n * Inspect formwork for quality and safety compliance.\n\n * Strip and remove shuttering after concrete has cured.\n\n * Maintain a safe and tidy working area in accordance with site health and safety procedures.\n\nRequirements:\n\n· Blue CSCS with Formwork ticket\n\n· Own tools\n\n· Must be physically fit and capable of manual handling\n\n· Ability to commute to Trowbridge site reliably\n\nEqual Opportunities:\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all individuals, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or background.
