This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to take ownership of major mechanical packages, mentor junior team members, and progress towards Mechanical Project Manager/ Senior Mechanical Project Management level.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer within the M&E Building Services sector.
• A strong track record delivering large-scale commercial office, data centre, industrial, healthcare, hotel, or residential developments.
• Excellent technical knowledge, including design coordination, technical submittals, RFIs, procurement, commissioning, and client handover.
• Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, and coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive programme delivery.
