This is a chance to join the Birmingham office of a global law firm with a top-tier real estate practice, working on large-scale commercial and mixed-use development projects. The role offers direct exposure to a nationally recognised Partner, known for advising on some of the most significant and sophisticated development schemes in the UK.

You’ll be part of a high-performing yet collaborative team, handling intellectually challenging work while benefiting from strong support and clear progression opportunities.

The role

You’ll be joining a specialist real estate development team, focusing on large-scale commercial and mixed-use development projects. The work is complex, often involving multi-phase schemes, joint ventures, and strategic land arrangements.

Your responsibilities will include advising on development agreements, options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, and site assembly matters, as well as supporting on acquisitions and disposals linked to development projects.

You’ll work closely with a leading Partner while also taking ownership of your own matters, advising clients directly on strategy, risk, and commercial outcomes. There will also be opportunities to supervise junior lawyers and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.

• 4+ PQE with strong real estate experience
