Mechanical Project Manager

Experienced Project Manager required for Mechanical asset replacement/upgrade project on a large commercial facility in Manchester. This a ‘based onsite’ contract position with a July start available and an estimated 6 month duration. .\nYou will ideally be mechanically biased, or have demonstrable experience of managing sizeable, commercial MEP projects\n\nDuties include but not limited to:\n\n * Managing client expectations through regular dialogue and hosting meetings\n\n * Defining and planning the scope of works, costings, programmes, working with others and delivering to scheduled timescales.\n\n * Managing sub-contractors to ensure timely & successful delivery of project.\n\n * Drive progress meetings and successfully manage any project risks.\n\n * Ensuring all works adhere to, or exceed, all health & Safety standards.\n\n * Provide accurate regular written and verbal progress reports to client and project team.\n\n * Building and developing strong client relationships and identifying other potential revenue streams\n\nThe ideal individual will:\n\n * Ideally Hold current SMSTS and CSCS\n\n * Have demonstrable experience Project Managing large commercial assett replacement/upgrade projects, ideally mechanically biased.\n\n * Have excellent leadership and organisational skills.\n\n * Possess excellent client facing, written and verbal communication skills\n\n * Be based in or easily commutable to Manchester.\n\nIf you are experienced Mechanically biased Project Manager commutable to Manchester looking for their next contract position, please apply through the job advert
