Influencer Manager - Fashion\n\nSalary - Upto £45k \n\nLocation - Leeds\n\nZachary Daniels is partnered with a fast-growing UK-based fashion brand with a strong focus on lifestyle products. It has built a loyal following by combining accessible pricing with trend-led design.\n\nThe Role: \n\nThis Influencer Manager is on focused on building long-term creator relationships, growing affiliate revenue and developing highly engaged influencer communities. The successful Influencer Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and commercial performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and grow an influencer community.\n\nOwn day-to-day creator communication including gifting, briefs, timelines and performance feedback\n\nBuild long-term relationships to drive brand advocacy, retention and consistent content output\n\nRecruit, onboard and manage influencers across multiple affiliate tiers\n\nMonitor performance, optimise commission structures and scale high-performing creators\n\nCollaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to align activity with trading priorities\n\nSource, negotiate and manage paid influencer partnerships across a diverse talent mix\n\nBuild a strong pipeline across fashion, lifestyle, fitness and culture\n\nManage campaign budgets, contracts, deliverables and reporting\n\nDeliver activations including events, gifting, affiliate campaigns and in-person experiences.\n\nAbout You:\n\n3+ years' experience in an Influencer Manager or similar role, ideally within fashion or ecommerce\n\nProven experience managing influencer communities and scaling affiliate programmes\n\nStrong understanding of influencer marketing, content and social platforms\n\nCommercially minded with a strong focus on ROI and performance\n\nHighly organised with strong project management skills\n\nConfident managing multiple stakeholders, including creators and external partners\n\nWhy Apply:\n\nBe part of a business with strong momentum and a highly engaged, community-driven customer base\n\nOpportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ideas are implemented quickly\n\nGain exposure across multiple areas including brand, ecommerce, product and marketing\n\nWork closely with influencers, ambassadors and community partners, shaping how the brand shows up culturally\n\nInvolvement in exciting brand activations, including international trips, events and creator experiences abroad\n\nBH36342
