Facilities Plumbing & Heating Engineer

An established building services contractor working across commercial and industrial sites is looking to recruit an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Facilities team.\n\nThis role is focused more on servicing, maintenance, remedial and facilities-based work across a varied commercial portfolio. Engineers with domestic Gas qualifications and multi-trade experience are particularly encouraged to apply.\n\nThe Role\nPlumbing, heating and general maintenance works\nPPM servicing and reactive repairs\nFault finding and remedial works\nSmall refurbishment and maintenance projects\nTesting, certification and associated paperwork\nWorking across commercial and industrial environments\nClient-facing role with occasional apprentice support\n\nPackage\n£45,000-£60,000 OTE\nCompetitive hourly rates depending on experience and qualifications\nOvertime paid at enhanced rates\nCompany van & fuel card\nPension scheme\nPPE & workwear provided\n28 days holiday including bank holidays\nMonday-Friday hours\n\nRequirements\nNVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating\nDomestic Gas qualifications essential\nCommercial and/or industrial maintenance experience\nMulti-trade experience advantageous\nFull UK driving licence\nReliable, professional and organised\nAble to work independently and within a team\nIPAF/PASMA beneficial\n\nInterested in hearing more?
