Client Services & Operations Coordinator – Apparel Industry\n\nLocation: West London (Hammersmith)\nSalary: £27,000 – £30,000 + benefits + progression\nFull-Time | Permanent\nHybrid working available after training\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading London-based apparel and uniform design business working with premium global clients across corporate, hospitality, aviation, and retail sectors.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised Client Services & Operations Coordinator to support an Account Manager with client coordination, order processing, and operational administration.\n\nThe role requires strong organisation, communication skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced but supportive environment.\n\nA background in fashion, apparel, or textiles is advantageous but not essential.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day client accounts\n\n * Managing orders, spreadsheets, and reporting tasks\n\n * Coordinating garment production, embroidery, and customisation requests\n\n * Liaising with clients via phone and email in a professional manner\n\n * Tracking deliveries, shipments, and production timelines\n\n * Monitoring critical paths and project deadlines\n\n * Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records\n\n * Providing administrative and operational support to the wider team\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\n * Minimum 1 year experience in client services, administration, operations, or coordination\n\n * Strong communication skills (written and verbal)\n\n * Excellent organisational and multitasking ability\n\n * Confident use of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets\n\n * High attention to detail and accuracy\n\n * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\n * Proactive, reliable, and professional approach\n\nDesirable (not essential):\n\n * Interest or academic background in fashion, textiles, or apparel\n\n * Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, logistics, or project coordination\n\nWhy Apply?\n\n * Salary £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience\n\n * Hybrid working after training period\n\n * Private medical insurance\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\n * Clear career progression opportunities\n\n * Exposure to premium international clients and projects\n\n * Supportive and collaborative working culture\n\n * Modern West London office environment\n\nApply Today\n\nIf you are organised, detail-focused, and looking to build a career in client services and operations within a growing London business, we would love to hear from you
